The work was of a very high quality and completed with careful consideration, with attention to detail to ensure the bespoke bricks and pattern would closely match our 100+ year old property where possible. Paul was very friendly, reliable and trustworthy - his building services we would highly recommend and have no hesitation in using him again for future work. He was able to source all the required materials, supplied samples and provide regular updates on material supplies during the Covid 19 pandemic which tested the whole country. After several quotations, Paul was also the most competitive and having a trustworthy reliable builder is worth it’s weight in gold.

I also came into contact with PMW through his work at Tongs in Spilsby. I knew Pauls work was to a high standard and when I saw the quality of his work at my boss' house ( renovation and major extensions ) I knew Paul would do a good job for us.
We have an old house ( 100 yrs ) and Paul extended and built us a new kitchen plus driveway,summer house foundations,soak aways etc.
We found Paul totally reliable, honest and hard working - also he sticks to budget and duscusses all changes / improvements before he goes ahead.
What I found most comforting was that Paul found a way past every problem and we had a few in our old house. We have used PMW for several other jobs since.
I would recommend PMW to anyone looking for a good builder , large or small job !

PMW Construction returned to my home to help me begin the transformation of my garden by removing two old dilapidated brick walls, install new steps and construct a ramp and create a new sleeper wall to distinguish different levels on my lawn. As I said this is the second time Paul has carried out work in my home having installed a new kitchen for me in February 2021.
PMW Construction, Paul in particular, has all of the skills required to undertake a variety of construction projects. Pauls’ attention to detail and his advice on the options that were open to me meant that this was a truly collaborative project with Paul keeping me informed at every stage of the project.
I have some plans for further projects in the future and PMW Construction will be the first people I call.
