Firstly, let me introduce myself. I am Phil Warren, the company Director of PMW Construction. I have been in the building trade for 25 years and started my apprenticeship as a Joiner with Seddons of stoke. Attaining Institute of Carpenters of London and City and Guilds qualifications which continued to HNC Building studies at Cauldon College
History
My firm has been trading for 15 Years on projects ranging from home extensions to private works taking pride in giving every client a personal, honest, genuine price for every job. We have successfully completed over 80 projects with an annual turnover in excess of £250,000
We are a small to medium business which can cater up to large projects. We have a team of professional tradesmen, always at hand, to give advice and produce first class results. Also, we are aware that a high level of responsibility is needed whilst working in a home environment.
Standards
Every project we undertake is carried out with one of our experienced project managers. This takes the hassle from the home owner, as they know that it is our responsibility to order and instruct various tradesmen on a daily basis. This alone can mean more than anything whilst the works are taking place.

Where do we want to be?
We want to be looking to continue our new build but branch into the commercial side i.e. establish new frameworks of maintenance and refurbishments with Local Councils and Housing Associations, whist looking to maintain the quality and service of a small family builder but offer a service that of a main subcontractor with resources to match.
